By submitting an expression of interest you indicate that you agree to the following terms and conditions and that your IT systems meet the requirements for participation as listed below.

Your privacy is our priority and we will never share your information with anyone.
Every effort will be made to arrange dates and times to suit participants participating in webinars and online coaching. At least 24 hours notice must be given of inability to attend a session and another session will be offered at no extra cost for up to two notifications of inability to attend with at least 24 hours notice by email to email@example.com Notification of an inability to attend with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeit of that session. No cash refunds will be given.
Reminder emails will be sent 48 hours prior to the session, but it is the responsibility of each participant to log in for the session itself.
We will do our utmost to ensure that web based sessions run smoothly and to our service delivery standards. We will offer you another session or refund your registration fees if you are not able to join a webinar or you exit early due to a technical fault at our end during our service delivery. If you are claiming a refund for not being able to access our service, you must contact our support team immediately (ie during the webinar) you discover the fault and our team must have a reasonable opportunity to rectify the fault.
